Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Revenue Rescue. They apply to everyone who signs up. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the service.

1. Who the agreement is with

When you create an account, you’re entering into an agreement with Mr Tayne Rongo, a sole trader in Perth, Western Australia, operating under ABN 40 300 987 116 and trading as “Revenue Rescue”.

2. What the service does

You upload a list of customers (a CSV file). We analyse it and produce a set of personalised win-back emails. You export those emails, or send them through us if you’re on the Pro plan. That’s the whole service.

3. Your data stays yours

The customer lists you upload remain entirely your property. We do not claim any licence, ownership, or reuse right over them. We will never sell them, share them with third parties for marketing, or use them to train AI models. When you delete them, they’re gone within 24 hours.

The email drafts we produce for you are also yours. Use them, edit them, export them, ignore them. Your choice.

4. You promise us a few things

By signing up, you confirm that:

  • You have permission to email every contact you upload. The contacts opted in at some point to hear from your business.
  • You’re sending win-back messages, not cold outreach to strangers.
  • You’re not uploading anyone’s data you don’t have a legitimate relationship with.
  • You’ll include a working unsubscribe link in every email we send on your behalf (we add one automatically).
  • You’re not using the service to send spam, scams, or anything illegal.

If you break any of these promises, we can suspend your account without refund. Spam is the fastest way to get your account closed.

5. Pricing and payment

  • The Trial is free. You get 10 contacts analysed, no card required.
  • A Campaign is a one-off $197 AUD for up to 500 contacts.
  • Pro is $97 AUD per month, billed monthly, cancel any time from your account.

All prices exclude GST. If you’re an Australian business registered for GST, we’ll show the GST amount on your invoice.

We may change pricing for new customers at any time. Existing Pro subscribers keep their current price for 12 months from signup, minimum.

6. Refunds

See our full Refund Policy. Short version: if a campaign run doesn’t produce usable output, tell us within 7 days and we’ll refund it, no questions asked. Pro subscribers can cancel any time and aren’t charged again.

7. Your Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund for a major service failure, and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For services that aren’t of acceptable quality, you’re entitled to have the problem fixed, or a refund if we can’t fix it in a reasonable time.

8. What we’re not responsible for

We provide the tool. You run the campaign. We’re not responsible for:

  • Decisions you make about which contacts to upload.
  • Whether your customers actually come back (we can’t promise they will).
  • Downtime caused by our hosting provider (we’ll refund pro-rata if it’s our fault).
  • Loss you suffer because you ignored our advice about opt-in consent.

Our total liability to you in any dispute is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. This cap doesn’t apply if Australian law says it can’t.

9. Account suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate an account if:

  • You break these terms (especially the spam/opt-in promises).
  • You charge back a payment without contacting us first.
  • You don’t pay a Pro subscription after two reminders.
  • You use the service to harm other people.

If we terminate your account, you can download all your data for 30 days afterwards. You can terminate any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, cancel your account before the change. Continued use after the change means you accepted the new terms.

11. The legal plumbing

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia. Any dispute goes first to good-faith resolution by email, then to mediation, and only to the courts of Western Australia if both of those fail.
