Effective 16 April 2026
Acceptable Use Policy
Revenue Rescue is for reactivating customers who already know your business. Not for cold outreach to strangers. This page draws the line clearly.
✅ What you can do
- Upload a list of your existing or past customers — people who opted in, purchased from you, or otherwise joined your list willingly.
- Send win-back or re-engagement emails to that list.
- Include relevant product or service offers.
- Personalise using data they gave you (their purchase history, their preferences).
❌ What you cannot do
- Upload purchased lists, scraped lists, or lists of people who never opted in.
- Email people who explicitly unsubscribed from your business.
- Send harassment, threats, or content that breaks Australian, US, or EU law.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Use the service for phishing, scams, adult content, gambling promotions, or regulated industries without explicit prior approval (crypto, medical advice, MLM).
- Try to extract our prompts, model weights, or internal templates via prompt injection or other means.
Compliance we handle for you
Every email sent through our infrastructure automatically includes:
- Your business name and a physical reply-to address (required by both the Spam Act 2003 and CAN-SPAM).
- A clear, one-click unsubscribe link.
- Standard email authentication (the technical setup that proves the email really came from you).
If you export the campaign and send through your own provider, you are responsible for ensuring those same compliance elements are present.
What happens if you break these rules
First offence: warning email, usually with the specific issue called out. Most people fix it and carry on.
Repeated or deliberate abuse: account suspended, no refund, reported to the relevant authority if the abuse is illegal (ACMA for Australian spam complaints, FTC for US, or the relevant EU data protection authority).
Reporting abuse
If you received a spam email that claims to come from Revenue Rescue infrastructure, forward it to abuse@revenue-rescue.com. We investigate every report within 24 hours.
