Refund Policy

We want you to recover revenue, not argue with us about refunds. Here’s how it works.

Free trial

The trial is free. There’s nothing to refund.

Campaign plan ($197)

7-day guarantee:if, within 7 days of running your campaign, you feel the output isn’t what we promised, email us with one sentence about why and we’ll refund you in full.

We don’t audit your reason. We don’t send you a survey. One sentence, full refund, back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

After 7 days, campaign purchases are final.

Pro plan ($97/month)

Cancel any time:go to your account settings, click “Cancel Pro”, and you won’t be billed again. You keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a month you didn’t use, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund the most recent month. We’ll do this once per account without questions.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure — we stop it working, we misrepresent what it does, it causes you a loss a reasonable person would have foreseen — you have the right to a refund, a replacement, or compensation. Those rights stand regardless of the 7-day window above.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, email us first. We’ll fix it or refund it faster than your bank will. Chargebacks without a prior email may result in account closure, but we’ll always pay out a valid refund request.

How to request a refund

Email hello@revenue-rescue.com with the subject line “Refund”. Include the email address on your account. We reply within 1 business day.
